Design phase sign off

To help ensure the project remains true to the scope and timeline of your project, Rubric requires approval on the Design Phase deliverables before moving into development.

seeking your approval of the following:

– Font selection
– Color palette
– Layout + structure
– Graphics

After this form is submitted, any changes or new ideas to the approved designs will be considered out of scope and billed at our studio rate of $180/hr.
