Fortunately was young but already had a great product. They came to Rubric with the challenge of establishing their brand, growing their user base, and receiving funding.
With that in mind, we created an identity system that would convey their true goal of helping families, with a contemporary look, without going too trendy to engage investors.
Illustration
Custom icons and product illustrations were created to reinforce the brand and help convey the user experience of their product.
We depicted abstract versions of key product features to be used throughout the site and marketing materials.
Web
The website primarily communicates the product features, but it’s also an opportunity to convey an aspirational tone to engage potential users and investors. It was all about finding a balance.
We showcased the product's benefits through animations and illustrations, then peppered in human-focused photography to connect with users.

To support Fortunately’s growth and fundraising efforts, we created an extensive pitch deck, fully branded and packed with reusable layouts and sections, and easily scalable and editable by their in-house team.
