How We Made a California Based Home Tech Brand Pandemic-Friendly

Seeing the brand differently 

The vision of Woody’s Home is to see your home differently. So how could we make sure people took away that same exact sentiment from the brand’s website?

Virtual experiences are redefining retail as we know it, and we knew Woody’s Home needed to elevate its brand to capture customer interest.

We dove deeper and conducted our Pilot Strategy phase. Our findings? The content and aesthetic of the current website weren’t aligned with Woody’s brand vision, and with a lockdown in place, customers were unable to visit the showroom. Instead of solely relying on a physical store visit, Woody’s needed to have a cutting-edge website that featured their unique approach to sophisticated home technology integrations.

Hi-tech luxury meets design

This was our opportunity to rehaul Woody’s online presence and reimagine what a shopping experience could look like. We set out to create a website that could deliver a high-impact visual aesthetic while still engaging customers in a digital space. 

We built a custom Squarespace site from the ground up to maximize Woody’s market potential. Not only is the new, minimalist site easy to update, but it also combines clean, modern design with curated content. The stacked layout is scannable and elevates the type and innovation of the brand.

To get customers as excited about shopping online at Woody’s Home as in person, we also shot beautiful, custom photography and videography of Woody’s state-of-the-art products.

Smooth animations of this work add another layer of refinement to the site’s interior pages, giving customers a sneak peek of the tech, and the brand a more polished look.

Now, people don’t need to leave the comfort of their homes to get a unique viewing experience at Woody’s Home. The new website brings the showroom to the customer.
